In een reeks lanceringen in prominente steden als New York, Parijs en Londen is de release van gluejeans Juxtapose bij Liefhertje en De Grote Witte Reus in Den Haag op z'n minst opmerkelijk. Juxtapose is een collectie die het jeansconcept gluejeans (dat in 2008 het licht zag en tevens een Dutch Design Award won) verdiept en verbreedt. Dit prachtige vervolg, dat kan worden gemarkeerd als een nieuw hoogtepunt in de design- en fashionwereld, wordt bij Liefhertje en De Grote Witte Reus gevierd met een Release Presentation.
Speciaal voor deze gelegenheid heeft gluejeans exclusief voor LhGWR nieuwe T-shirts met brandstempel prints aan de collectie toegevoegd.

In 2008 werd het radicaal nieuwe jeansconcept gluejeans gelanceerd dat de conservatieve denimwereld op zijn kop zette. Het label introduceerde superieur gesneden broeken, waarvan de panden met een speciaal ontwikkelde lijm bijeen worden gehouden. Achter deze subtiele innovatie ging een onderzoek en een ontwikkelingstraject van ruim 2 jaar schuil dat leidde tot een ultrasterke lijm die in verschillende kleuren kan worden gemaakt. De toepassing van de lijm resulteert in een fantastisch lijnenspel op de jeans en geeft het een uitgesproken karakter. In 2008 werden de ontwikkelaars van gluejeans genomineerd voor de Dutch Fashion Awards en wonnen zij een Dutch Design Award voor Best product accessories & fashion.
Inmiddels staat er een heel team achter het label dat gestaag groeit en furore maakt. In plaats van twee- of viermaal per jaar een collectie te presenteren en zich daarmee aan te passen aan de strenge eisen van de modewereld, neemt het label de ruimte om de mogelijkheden van de techniek en de toepassing uit te diepen. Hierdoor kan er gewerkt worden aan vernieuwende producten die de dans van vluchtigheid ontspringen. Op een uitgesproken en krachtige manier komt uit deze werkmethode de nieuwe collectie gluejeans Juxtapose voort.

In a line of releases in prominent cities like New York, Paris and London, the release of gluejeans Juxtapose at Liefhertje en De Grote Witte Reus in The Hague is at the least remarkable. Juxtapose is a collection that broadens and deepens the jeansconcept gluejeans, which was started in 2008 and won a Dutch Design Award. This beautiful follow-up, that can be marked as a new highlight in the design- and fashion world, is being celebrated at Liefhertje en De Grote Witte Reus with a Release Presention. Especially for this occasion gluejeans has extended its collection with a new product exclusively for LhGWR!
In 2008 a radically new jeans concept by the name of gluejeans was launched. It shook up the conservative denim world. The label introduced superbly cut pants in which the parts where kept together with an especially developed glue. Over 2 years of research and development led to this subtle innovation: an ultra strong glue that can be produced in different colours. The application of this glue results in beautiful composition of lines that gives the jeans its outspoken character. In 2008 the developers of gluejeans were nominated for the Dutch Fashion Awards. They won the Dutch Design Award for ‘Best Product accessories and fashion’.
Meanwhile there is a whole team that is steadily growing and gaining more and more success. In stead of presenting a new collection twice or four times a year and so adapting to the strict demands of the fashion world, this label takes its time to develop and exercise new techniques and applications. This leads to innovative products that last. The new collection gluejeans Juxtapose, outspoken and powerful, is the next ‘offspring’ of this way of creating.
